Hey guys! I don't normally advertise single contests on here, but seeing as the contest is by our benevolent group founder, Rannarbananar, I thought I'd give it a go. She's been running it for some time, but hasn't yet received a huge amount of entries, and I think we can do better! And so, I turn to you, because I know how talented a lot of our artists here are, and who can say no to some pretty sweet prizes, right? If you enter, I'll be your best friend, and I know that Rannie would really appreciate it. Here's the contest:

Decided to open this up a little earlier than anticipated, in order to give people more time to think of good ideas. A week or so ago (at time of writing, obviously), I made a poll with a few ideas for a contest - and 'My Pony and yours' came out top trumps, so that's what this is going to be!
Generally it seems a little generic to have just our ponies together, playing or laughin

All you need to do is pick one of the three featured OCs on the journal, and draw your own OC engaging in some sort of activity with said character. The picture could illustrate friendship, or rivalry, or the characters could be playing a game, or anything like that. Specific rules are on the journal itself. If you get any spare time and you like the concept, give it a shot! The deadline is October, so you still have plenty of time!

In other contest news, I have two additional points to make. Firstly, I can now reveal that our group will be running a new contest at the beginning of November (a little way off, still) that will be offering as the maximum prize, among other things, an entire year of premium membership again (thanks to the wonderful SAB3600 again!). Keep a look-out for that.

Lastly, if you are also currently running a contest and would like it featured in a contest compilation journal on our group, send a note to me with a link to your contest in it and I'll make it happen.
